     This work was motivated by the courage to study urban settings, their planning and how they directly affect society. This study analyzes planning activities understood as a systematic and flexible process, through a theoretical and panoramic approach, which qualifies themes related to tourism, leisure and free time approaches that directly affect the issue of urban planning. The present study analyzes the importance of urban planning in its relation with the activities of society taking into account the economic and social, territorial and spatial aspects.
