Make general observations of the model:

• Define key components;

• Make assumptions about the relationships between them;

• Control variables;

Objective of the model:

• Predict: How will urban planning change over the next few years?

• Explain: Population growth, business migration to the region;

• To discover: How does increasing population influence urban planning?

• Guide: Collection of population data from a given region
